Corbis wanted to redesign the OnDemand reporting tool. It wasn't getting much use since most customers preferred using their account managers to license or re-license images.
Unfortunately, in conjuction with the enchanced accounts features, this was put on hold due to complexity and resources.
Objective
The goal was to remind and streamline the process of self-reporting. The main pain point was the use of dropdowns to navigate reports. The new design removes that by dumping everything into a single list. This made it easier to see everything that still needed to be licensed. The customer just needed to report what they are using, deferring, or not using, then go through a streamlined checkout process.
