Last year's Year-in-Review was a success so another one was planned for the following year. As this was a partnership with the Marketing team, a formal budget was created to hire a contractor (not me) to work on this, but out team would hire and manage the design part of the project.

We thought we learned our lessons from last year, but lo and behold, the process did not go as planned and I still had to be involved at some capacity. We still repeated teh same mistakes but also had some new ones.
