A mystery needed to be solved. The MSN Video page had millions of visits in Samsung's smart TV browser, but there was low to almost no engagement with the video content. Plus, MSN was going through a visual refresh.

This was where the project was halted. After some investigating, there was an issue with the instrumentation of the MSN Video page. The PM learned from the engineers that everytime the browser was triggered, it remotely added to the visitation count of the video page, so technically no one was actually visiting the page. The ROI was low so the project got a kibosh.
